Purpose and areas of support
The programme focuses on promoting decent work agenda and supporting the tripartite dialogue. Through improvement of the dialogue, the social partners will contribute to a more sustainable economic and social development.

Types of initiatives

training and strengthening powers for the creation and functioning of social dialogue,

initiatives to promote tripartite dialogue and decent work, as well as initiatives in the field of bilateral dialogue within industries and sectors,

initiatives reinforcing the balance between life and work experience (work-life balance), and anti- discrimination in the workplace,
-
initiatives to protect the health, safety and the environment in the workplace,
-
strengthening gender equality initiatives in the workplace and the boards of companies,
-
information and enhancing awareness and building partnerships between social partners and public and private sector organizations, including non-governmental organizations,
-
activities of the social partners to promote employment, education, training, housing, non-discrimination, poverty reduction, health, safety and social protection.
Calls for proposals
In the framework of the programme oa call for proposals was carried out. The amount available under the call was EUR 3 065 320.
Eligible beneficiaries
Social partners, public authorities and organizations of public authorities, established as legal entities in beneficiary states as well as in Norway which regularly take actions on decent work and / or tripartite cooperation.
Grant amount and co-financing level
The value of the grant project: EUR 50 000 - EUR 400 000.
The co-financing level: up to 90%.
