Second open call for proposals for Fund for Bilateral Relations projects for “Reducing social inequalities in health” Programme

The Fund's purpose is to develop partnerships and to facilitate networking, exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practices between beneficiaries and entities in Norway.

Applications may be submitted by local government units (poviats) in Poland, as indicated on the list of eligible applicants in Appendix 1 to the Guidelines for applicants within the Fund for Bilateral Relations.

Eligible partners are Norwegian government entities: municipalities (Nor. Kommune), counties (Nor. Fylke) as well as non-governmental organizations, educational institutions (universities, colleges) and research institutions that operate in the area health.

The total allocation available within the 2nd call for FBR applications at the PL13 programme level (funds from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and Polish state budget) amounts to: 65 000 EUR i.e. = 273 130 PLN. The maximum amount of funding for the project is 46 500 EUR, i.e. 195 393 PLN.

applications must be submitted in Polish in paper and electronic form available at the website of Programme Operator (link 1 ) (link 2 ). 

The call for Funds for Bilateral Relations projects runs in the period from 16.03.2015 until 30.06.2015 until 16:15 Hrs. or contracting of all of the available allocation. The term refers to the documentation submitted in paper and electronic form.
