Memorandum of Understanding are intergovernmental agreements signed on 10 and 17 June 2011 by Poland (as the Beneficiary state) and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein (as Donor States). These are the most important documents describing the rules for granting financial assistance.
Separately, the agreement for assistance from the EEA countries (i.e. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and from Norway was signed. Full text can be downloaded below.
